What it means to be grateful

Everyone knows what it means to be grateful, right?  Weeks ago, I was grateful, but I did not express my gratitude.  I didn’t tell those I appreciate how thankful I am to have them in my life.  I did, however, focus on the negative.  That time is over.  My life feels “lighter”.  I enjoy things more.  I spend more quality time with my family.  I have started exercising.  I genuinely feel better about myself…because now I know what it means to be grateful!

Gratitude Letter W.

Water.  I don’t drink enough, but I am trying to be better.  (I still like Diet Mtn Dew better)

Weather.  The weather has been beautiful all week long.  I love fall-like weather.  Almost time for sweatshirts!

Weekends.  Tomorrow is FRIDAY!  Yippee!  This means I can stay in my pj’s if I want!

Wok. I recently made the leap an got a wok.  It is fun to cook with and we have even experimented with new recipes.  I’m not a very good cook, but everything made in that wok has been yummy!

Watermelon.  Did you know watermelon is over 90% water?  I’ll get it somewhere…

White sale.  I love white sales.  Macy’s always have to best ones.

Winter. Even though Fall is my favorite season, I love winter.  Especially snow!

Walking. I have a love/hate relationship with walking.  I’m learning to like it, though.

See ya tomorrow.

Please don’t forget about the good ‘ole Washing Machine. That is a “W” that I cannot do without. LOL!

From your list, I most adore Water and Walking. ;D
